Home Outpost Supply is an online retail business owned and operated by Greenline Ventures LLC ("Home Outpost Supply," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Home Outpost Supply, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies or product-specific terms applicable to your purchase.

We work with multiple manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, warehouses, freight carriers, and fulfillment partners to provide products to customers throughout our service area.

Products may be shipped directly to customers by one of these third parties on behalf of Home Outpost Supply.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, your purchase transaction is with Home Outpost Supply / Greenline Ventures LLC, even when a product is shipped directly from a manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment partner.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs, availability information, pricing, and other product information.

However, manufacturers and suppliers may periodically modify products, specifications, packaging, colors, materials, features, or other details without notice.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors and appearance may vary based on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

Before purchasing, customers should carefully review product dimensions, specifications, compatibility, installation requirements, delivery requirements, and other relevant information.

4. Pricing and Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product pricing and information are accurate.

Occasionally, pricing, availability, specifications, promotional information, or other content may contain an error.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of a material pricing, availability, or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund of amounts paid for the canceled merchandise.

Because some merchandise is fulfilled directly through manufacturers, distributors, or other suppliers, inventory information may occasionally change between the time a product is displayed and the time an order is processed.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee product availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding available options, which may include an estimated revised availability date, an alternative product when appropriate, or cancellation and refund.

6. Orders

By placing an order, you represent that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided
You are legally permitted to enter into the transaction
You have reviewed the applicable product information and policies

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment problems, product availability, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and merchandise has not been provided, applicable amounts will be refunded.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless another arrangement is expressly offered.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy and any product-specific shipping terms disclosed in connection with a product.

Unless different product-specific terms apply, our standard estimated timeframe is:

Processing & Fulfillment: Generally 1–3 business days
Estimated Transit: Generally 5–8 business days after processing
Estimated Total Delivery: Generally 6–11 business days from order placement

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, freight scheduling, severe weather, supply disruptions, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances.

If we are unable to ship within an applicable promised timeframe, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.

9. Freight and Oversized Products

Certain merchandise may be delivered by an LTL or other freight carrier.

Depending on the product, freight delivery may require:

A delivery appointment
Someone to be available to receive the shipment
A valid telephone number
Curbside delivery
Appropriate access for the delivery vehicle
Customer assistance moving the merchandise beyond the designated delivery point

Unless otherwise stated, freight delivery does not necessarily include inside delivery, assembly, installation, placement, removal of packaging, or removal of an existing product.

Customers should review product-specific delivery requirements before ordering.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly after delivery.

Damage, defects, incomplete shipments, missing components, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Home Outpost Supply within 48 hours of delivery, subject to applicable law and any product-specific terms.

Please retain the product, packaging, shipping labels, pallets, crates, and other shipping materials until the merchandise has been inspected.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable product-specific terms.

Unless different product-specific terms apply:

Eligible non-defective returns may generally be requested within 30 days of delivery
Delivery damage, defects, missing components, incomplete orders, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Standard non-defective returns are generally subject to a 25% restocking fee
Customers are responsible for return shipping or freight costs on standard non-defective returns
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved

All returns require prior authorization from Home Outpost Supply.

Certain products may therefore have product-specific:

13. Order Cancellations

Orders that have not entered processing or shipped may be eligible for cancellation.

Because some orders are transmitted directly to manufacturers, suppliers, or fulfillment partners, processing may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Once merchandise has shipped, the applicable return process generally applies.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, and certain oversized products may have different cancellation terms when disclosed before purchase.

14. Refused and Unsuccessful Deliveries

Customers should not refuse delivery unless instructed to do so by Home Outpost Supply.

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or qualify the customer for a full refund.

When an undamaged shipment is refused without authorization, applicable return freight, storage, carrier, delivery, redelivery, and restocking charges may be deducted from an eligible refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with applicable delivery requirements.

15. Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may include warranties provided by their manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from the Home Outpost Supply Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, remedies, registration requirements, and claim procedures are established by the applicable manufacturer.

Where appropriate, Home Outpost Supply may assist customers with obtaining available manufacturer warranty information.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate warranty rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Installation and Product Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following applicable manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, installation instructions, maintenance requirements, building requirements, and product limitations.

Some products may require professional installation, specialized equipment, site preparation, permits, utility connections, foundations, anchoring, electrical work, plumbing, gas connections, or other professional services.

Home Outpost Supply does not provide installation services unless expressly stated for a particular product or transaction.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended location and use.

17. Permits, Codes, and Local Requirements

Requirements for sheds, structures, outdoor kitchens, electrical equipment, generators, power equipment, and other products may vary by location.

Customers are responsible for determining whether permits, approvals, inspections, zoning requirements, building codes, homeowner-association requirements, utility requirements, or other local regulations apply before purchasing or installing a product.

Home Outpost Supply does not represent that a particular product complies with every local code or requirement.
